The Excelsior Award – 

Excelsior has a rich history.  It has come to designate that which is higher than others – in a word, superior.

Excelsior never suggests that a goal has been achieved – rather that the goal is higher still; ever onward and upward.  We deeply appreciate the efforts and energy MAGDALA DORCE, 2019 Caregiver of The Year, expends in caring for our patients with competence and compassion, diligence and dedication.

Her hard work and team spirit enables us to punctuate our shared labor for others with excellence and integrity.

We are not yet all we can be – nor are we all God would have us be, so Excelsior serves us well as a motto – Higher…Onward…Upward…

But, more than motto, our motivation must ever be For The Good of Others…and For The Glory of God!
